est l\u2019occasion de faire ressortir trois formes d&#8217;\u00e9nergie privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es dans la cellule, \u00e0 savoir l&#8217;\u00e9nergie d&#8217;hydrolyse de l&#8217;ATP, l&#8217;\u00e9nergie des r\u00e9actions d&#8217;oxydo-r\u00e9duction et l&#8217;\u00e9nergie des diff\u00e9rences de potentiels \u00e9lectrochimiques transmembranaires.<br \/>Elle permet d\u2019aborder deux modes de production d\u2019ATP, par transphosphorylation ou par conversion \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d&#8217;une diff\u00e9rence de potentiel \u00e9lectrochimique de protons au niveau des membranes.<br \/>L\u2019\u00e9tude des cha\u00eenes de transport d\u2019\u00e9lectrons associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ces voies montre qu\u2019elles reposent sur des r\u00e9actions d&#8217;oxydo-r\u00e9duction en cha\u00eene, utilisent ou cr\u00e9ent du pouvoir r\u00e9ducteur et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un gradient \u00e9lectrochimique de<br \/>protons (\u00e0 l&#8217;origine de la synth\u00e8se d&#8217;ATP).<br \/>Enfin, la mise en \u00e9vidence de la diversit\u00e9 des sources de mati\u00e8re et d\u2019\u00e9nergie des cellules permet de distinguer diff\u00e9rents types trophiques remobilis\u00e9s par ailleurs dans le programme (en \u00e9cologie et dans l&#8217;\u00e9tude des cycles biog\u00e9ochimiques et du fonctionnement des
